FIRST  7-days:   V-3 Boost

1.         Before breakfast

• In a 16oz bottle of water, mix:    

1-scoop  “ProArgi 9 Plus”  (blue cap)

1-scoop “Core Greens”   (green cap)

1-ounce “Mistica”

            Shake bottle to blend ingredients.  Let sit for 5-minutes.  Drink this mixture over a

            period of one-half to an hour (or all at once if you’d like).

2.         Before lunch (midday)

• In a 16oz bottle of water, mix:

3.         Before dinner

From the SECOND Week on:

For better results, mix the products in a distilled water and ionic minerals solution.
